流水分析平台对接实施计划

目标: 实现与见知现金流尽调系统的对接,封装7个核心接口调用
架构: 创建ccdi-lsfx独立模块,使用RestTemplate发起HTTP请求,通过HttpUtil工具类统一处理各类请求,LsfxAnalysisClient封装7个接口调用逻辑
技术栈: Spring Boot 3.5.8, RestTemplate, Lombok, SpringDoc OpenAPI
